I am an OTD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am originally from Middleton, Wisconsin, a suburb right outside of Madison. I graduated from University of Wisconsin La-Crosse in Psychology. I love being back in the Madison area as an adult! Learning the biking trails, trying different restaurants, and meeting new people here has been so much fun. My favorite occupations include biking, listening to audiobooks, going to the gym, and relaxing with my cat. My first experiences with research are in the Ausderau lab, and I’m excited to further my knowledge of occupational science. I’m very interested in monkeys and their development with prenatal Zika virus, as well as working with teen parents to improve their quality of life and understand their unique needs within the school system.
