A how-to guide to understand and get involved in research as a participant, researcher and consumer for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers. The curriculum includes four modules that cover different research topics, including what health research is, how to develop your health story, what the research process is, and how to think like a researcher! There is also an extra module as a supplementary workbook for how you can find research in your community!
